利用規約
この規約は、Flower of Life Flow（以下「本アプリ」）を使うあなたと、運営者（吉原 裕二（個人開発者））との約束です。本アプリを使い始めた時点で、この規約に同意したものとします。
1. App Store 版について
App Store からダウンロードした本アプリのライセンスには、Apple の標準の使用許諾契約（Licensed Application End User License Agreement）が適用されます。この規約は、本アプリのコンテンツや機能の利用条件を補足するものです。App Store 版のライセンスについて両者に矛盾がある場合は、Apple の標準使用許諾契約を優先します。
2. できること
- 本アプリを、個人で楽しむために使えます。
- 本アプリで作った画像（曼荼羅・塗り絵・壁紙）は、SNS への投稿、壁紙、印刷、友人との共有など、自由にお使いいただけます。
- 作った画像を商品として販売するなど、営利目的で使いたいときは、事前に運営者へご相談ください。
3. してはいけないこと
- 本アプリに収録された音楽（BGM）や図形データ、画像素材、プログラムを抜き出し、コピーし、配布し、または販売すること。
- 本アプリを改変したり、解析（リバースエンジニアリング）したり、再配布したりすること。
- 他人の権利を侵害する目的や、法令に反する目的で使うこと。
- 本アプリや配信サーバーに不正なアクセスや過大な負荷をかけること。
4. 追加機能の購入（アプリ内課金）
- 無料で使える範囲と、購入で使えるようになる範囲は、アプリ内および App Store の表示に従います。
- 購入は Apple の App Store を通じて行う 1 回きりの買い切り（非消耗型）です。同じ Apple ID であれば、機種変更後も「購入の復元」で復元できます。
- 返金は Apple の規定に従います（運営者は返金手続きを行えません）。
- 価格は予告なく変更することがあります。購入済みの内容には影響しません。
- Web 版には課金機能はありません。App Store 版の公開までは、テスト用として全機能を無料で提供し、公開後は App Store 版の案内ページに切り替えます。
5. 保存データについて
作品と設定はあなたの端末内にだけ保存され、運営者はそのコピーやバックアップを持ちません。アプリの削除、端末の変更、ブラウザのデータ削除などにより消えることがあります。残しておきたい作品は「写真に保存」をお使いください。
6. 免責事項と責任の範囲
- 「今日の曼荼羅」「誕生の曼荼羅」「相性判断（Sacred Sync）」は楽しむための演出です。科学的・医学的・占い的な根拠を主張するものではなく、人生や健康、人間関係の判断の材料にはしないでください。
- 本アプリには光の明滅や発光の演出が含まれます。光に敏感な方はご注意ください。
- 鑑賞モード中の「画面消灯の防止」は、バッテリーを多く消費します。
- 本アプリは現状のまま提供します。すべての端末や環境で正しく動作することは保証しません。
- 運営者の軽過失により損害が生じた場合、運営者の責任は通常かつ直接の損害に限ります。有料機能に関する損害については、当該購入額を上限とします。この上限は無料利用部分には適用しません。
- 運営者の故意または重大な過失による損害、生命・身体への損害、その他法令上制限できない責任については、上記の免責・制限は適用しません。
7. 提供の変更・終了
運営者は、本アプリの機能や内容を変更したり、提供を終了したりすることがあります。できる限り事前にお知らせします。
8. 規約の変更
法令の変更、本アプリの内容の変更、その他必要かつ合理的な場合に、運営者はこの規約を変更することがあります。変更する内容と効力発生日は、効力が生じる前に、このページまたはアプリ内でお知らせします。法令上あなたの同意が必要な変更は、同意をいただいた場合にのみ適用します。
9. 準拠法・裁判所
この規約は日本法に従います。本アプリに関して裁判が必要になったときは、東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

Terms of Use
These Terms are an agreement between you and the operator (Yuji Yoshihara, individual developer) about the use of Flower of Life Flow (the "App"). By using the App you agree to these Terms.
1. App Store version
The licence for the App Store version is governed by Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "Standard EULA"). These Terms supplement it with the conditions for using the App's content and features. If the two conflict regarding the licence of the App Store version, the Standard EULA prevails.
2. What you may do
- Use the App for your personal enjoyment.
- Use the images you create with the App (mandalas, paintings, wallpapers) freely: post them on social media, use them as wallpapers, print them, share them with friends.
- If you wish to use the images commercially, for example by selling them as products, please contact the operator first.
3. What you may not do
- Extract, copy, distribute or sell the music (BGM), geometry data, artwork or program code contained in the App.
- Modify, reverse-engineer or redistribute the App.
- Use the App to infringe the rights of others or for any unlawful purpose.
- Access the App or its servers in an unauthorised way or place an excessive load on them.
4. In-app purchases
- Which features are free and which are unlocked by purchase is shown in the App and on the App Store.
- The purchase is a one-time, non-consumable purchase made through Apple's App Store. With the same Apple ID you can restore it on a new device with "Restore Purchases".
- Refunds follow Apple's policies; the operator cannot process refunds.
- Prices may change without notice. This does not affect anything you have already purchased.
- The web version has no purchases. Until the App Store version is released, all of its features are free for testing; after the release, it is replaced by a page introducing the App Store version.
5. Your saved data
Your paintings and settings are stored only on your device; the operator keeps no copy or backup. They may be lost if you delete the App, change devices or clear your browser data. Use "Save to Photos" to keep the works you care about.
6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
- "Today's Mandala", "Birth Mandala" and "Compatibility (Sacred Sync)" are for enjoyment only. They make no scientific, medical or divinatory claims and should not be used to make decisions about your life, health or relationships.
- The App contains flashing and glowing light effects. Please take care if you are sensitive to light.
- Keeping the screen awake during Viewing Mode uses more battery.
- The App is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that it works correctly on every device or environment.
- For loss caused by the operator's ordinary negligence, the operator's liability is limited to direct and ordinary damages. For claims relating to paid features, liability is capped at the amount you paid for the relevant purchase; this cap does not apply to free use.
- No exclusion or limitation applies to the operator's wilful misconduct or gross negligence, to death or personal injury, or to any liability that cannot be limited by law.
7. Changes to or ending the service
The operator may change the App's features or content, or stop providing it. We will try to give notice in advance.
8. Changes to these Terms
The operator may change these Terms when reasonably necessary, for example because of changes in the law or in the App. The changes and their effective date will be announced on this page or in the App before they take effect. Where applicable law requires your consent, the changes apply only after your consent is obtained.
9. Governing law and courts
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court has exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance over any dispute concerning the App.
