よくある質問
作品はどこに保存されますか？
「一時保存」した作品は端末の中に保存され、メニューの「あなたの塗り絵」から再開できます。写真アプリに残したいときは「写真に保存」を使ってください。アプリを削除すると一時保存は消えます。
追加機能を買ったのに使えません／機種を変えました
購入時と同じ Apple ID でサインインし、「購入の復元」を押してください。復元しても新たに請求されることはありません。
音楽が鳴りません
本体側面の消音スイッチと音量、設定 › 音楽がオンになっているかをご確認ください。鑑賞モードの BGM で「音楽なし」を選ぶと、他のアプリの音楽がそのまま流れます。
返金したいです
App Store の購入は Apple が管理しています。Apple の「問題を報告する」（reportaproblem.apple.com）からお申し込みください。
Web 版で保存した作品が消えました
Web 版の保存はブラウザ内に置かれるため、プライベートブラウズやサイトデータの削除で消えます。「ホーム画面に追加」した場合も、ブラウザや OS の都合で消えることがあり、保存は保証されません。長く残したい作品は「写真に保存」してください。

Your email address and message are used only to reply, and are deleted within one year after your request is resolved (Privacy Policy, Section 6).
FAQ
Where are my paintings saved?
Drafts saved with "Save draft" are kept on your device and can be resumed from "Your Paintings" in the menu. To keep an image in your Photos app, use "Save to Photos". Deleting the App deletes the drafts.
I bought the premium features but they are locked / I changed my phone
Sign in with the Apple ID you used for the purchase and tap "Restore Purchases". Restoring never charges you again.
There is no music
Check the silent switch and the volume, and that Settings › Music is on. If "No music" is selected for Viewing Mode music, music from other apps keeps playing instead.
I want a refund
App Store purchases are managed by Apple. Please request a refund at Apple's "Report a Problem" page (reportaproblem.apple.com).
My saved painting in the web version disappeared
The web version saves inside your browser, so private browsing or clearing site data removes it. Adding the App to your Home Screen does not guarantee that browser data will be retained either. Use "Save to Photos" for works you want to keep.
